Photo Slide DVD Services are subject to the following Terms of Service. The Photo Slide DVD Terms of Service are subject to change. If changes are made, we will notify our customers and visitors by indicating that changes have been made to our Terms of Service on the home page located at www.photoslidedvd.com, this notice will be placed for thirty (30) days following the changes.

It is your responsibility to provide Photo Slide DVD with all material and/or content to be used for your project. By retaining Photo Slide DVD's services, you (the customer) certify that you are the owner of all material and/or content submitted to us, or that you have obtained permission from the copyright owner to use any material and/or content. You are solely responsible for, and assume all copyright liability for all content you submit. Photo Slide DVD is not liable for your (the customer’s) violation of the Photo Slide DVD Terms of Service. Upon discovery of copyrighted materials, the materials will promptly be returned at your expense.

All content contained within www.photoslidedvd.com is owned and protected under the Copyright Law of the United Kingdom.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged materials or packages. The shipping and handling (S&H) charges to send materials and/or content to us is the responsibility of the customer.  We will not reimburse shipping or packing costs, unless stated specifically by Photo Slide DVD. We do not guarantee shipping delivery times.

Our DVD Slideshows are produced on DVD-R 4X,8X or 16X media, it is the customer's responsibility to assure that his or her DVD player will play said media.. Photo Slide DVD will not be held liable for assuring that the media will play on the customer's player nor will be held to damages as a result. Customers are given a thirty (30) day guarantee on all products created and sold by Photo Slide DVD.  All concerns must be communicated to Photo Slide DVD via mail or email within 30 days after receipt of the product. Any Photo Slide DVD product or service proven defective will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer.

By using Photo Slide DVD’s Services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Terms of Service.
